Thank you for your interest in the Idaho Catholic Women's Conference (ICWC) presented by Salt & Light Radio. The conference is on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at Holy Apostles in Meridian. The theme of the conference is “Rejoice in Hope”. The day's events will include Mass, reconciliation, two keynote speakers, and two meals. We anticipate 700 women in person. Registration for the conference attendees opens on July 15, 2025. Below are the partnership opportunities for supporting this event.

Exhibitor APPROVAL:

On-line registration DOES NOT guarantee an exhibitor spot. Exhibitors must register and pay online in order to reserve an exhibitor spot. However, the Idaho Catholic Women's Conference Planning Committee must approve each exhibitor before guaranteeing a spot. Once approved, exhibitors will be notified. If an exhibitor is not approved, they will also be notified and receive a full refund.  Catholic exhibitors and those serving a ministry in the Diocese of Boise will be given precedence.  Space is limited, but if a second table is desired we will try to accommodate it. 

Exhibitor FORMS: 
Once approved, an Idaho sales tax form must be filled out and turned in. Exhibitors that do not fill out the appropriate forms by the deadline will be unable to sell items at the Idaho Catholic Women's Conference Exhibitor Hall.
